Capex Recruitment are partnering with a rapidly growing civil engineering contractor to recruit experienced Site Supervisors for ongoing water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the South East Region.

With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued expansion, this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering essential infrastructure projects.

The Role

As Site Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the coordination and control of daily site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day site activities across civil and groundworks packages
• Coordinating subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers to meet programme targets
• Monitoring progress against project milestones and reporting to senior management
• Maintaining high quality standards across all construction activities
• Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements
• Managing site documentation including labour records, supplier logs and HSQE paperwork
• Supporting effective communication between site teams and project leadership

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring proven supervisory experience within utilities or heavy civil engineering environments.

Applicants should demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a Site Supervisor role
• Strong background in water infrastructure or heavy civils projects
• Up-to-date site certifications and relevant training
• Strong organisational and leadership capability
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• A proactive, safety-first approach to site management
